Mohd Fakhruddin Basar
Founder & Management Consultant
Fakhruddin brings more than a decade of experience across operations, process improvement, sourcing, supplier performance and business management.
His corporate career with GE Aviation included roles in Process Improvement, Regional Sourcing and Vendor Performance, supporting operations across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. His work involved process improvement, cost reduction, supplier management, operational performance and cross-functional leadership.
He later brought this experience into SME management, taking a hands-on role in business operations, financial performance, people management and business expansion.
Today, through MFB Management Consultant, he applies this combination of corporate discipline and practical SME experience to help business owners better understand their performance, strengthen their processes and build more manageable businesses.
